The wireless worked great during our trip. The agents at the airport were nice as well.

I've used Japan Wireless for my last two trips to Japan. It is great! It is very easy to pick up at the airport and easy to use. The battery life for the pocket wifi devices is surprisingly good! I started each day leaving my hotel at around 9AM with the device on a full charge and I only have to plug it in to the portable battery at around 7PM. It does get a little warm so be careful having meltable things next to it in your bag. I will continue to use this company for any future trips I take to Japan!

I was very satisfied with the portable router,it was very easy to configure,connect and use.
The signal was good everywhere i needed a connection even on subways,mountains and trains.
The device is small,elegant and easy to carry,I didn't Use the powerbank battery,because the charge was enough for all the day,at the end of the day there was still 50% battery charge left.Instrustions on the leaflet are easy to understand.
A good choice for my journey through Hokkaido.

The delivery service was impeccable, the device was practical and neccesary for this long trip in Japan. We did not need the replacement battery (included) despite long days of use. The return via the mailbox at the airport was very convenient. We are completely satisfied and recommend this service.
