Easily lasted all day and provided great internet access across the country. Speed was good enough to use streaming services. Would use again on another trip.

Very useful, I would recommend it

Convenient to pick up and return. Very useful for my trip.

Wifi worked great, super handy. Reasonably priced and great service, easy to return and they included a spare battery pack which was great.

Really good worth it in Japan

Love using Japan Wireless to get our pocket WiFi’s! So convenient and always reliable!! Thank you!

We used Japan Wireless on a recent trip to Japan and the simplicity of ordering and pick up was quick and easy. The connection was consistent through out our travels and returning the devices was convenient fast and convenient. I highly recommend using Japan Wireless.

It was very good !!!

We visited Japan a few weeks ago and after looking at reviews decided to get two wireless Wi-Fi boxes. With two teenagers this turned out to be a great decision!
We picked up the boxes at the airport when we landed, they came in a pouch with a power bank which was small enough to fit in a handbag. We then returned them to the post box in the airport before checking in to go home. It was such a simple process and setting them up took my son less than 2 minutes!
The signal was great throughout the holiday, even getting some signal on the subway. You can have lots of devices on one Wi-Fi box, we decided to get two so that we could split up and still have Wi-Fi to contact each other. We also found this option good value for money as a family of 4.

No issues at all. Internet everywhere i went!
