The sim card worked perfectly and the service was excellent. Our flight got delayed and we couldn’t collect our package as planned, so we contacted JW. They immediately had our sim re-delivered to the next location, and the day after we had it. Absolute perfect service!

We use JW every trip we have to Japan. Very good and stable reception in cities and on slopes in Hokkaido and Nagano, Nagoya. We tried pick up at airport and hotels and always receive the device on time. Great price and great service.

Picked up my pocket wifi at Narita airport after ordering 1 day prior to leaving with express post. Best investment ever whilst holidaying for 2 weeks and travelling vastly around tokyo and surrounding areas by bullet train. Would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Japan!
