Excellent service. The device was delivered to my hotel even one hour before what was expected.
The Pocket Wi-Fi is providing good and reliable WiFi connection for my cell phone and computer as was promised. The back-up battery is very useful for prolonged use.

Wi-fi was a must have; Japan Wireless provided that and more. The wi-fi was high speed and unlimited which made navigating a foreign country and language a breeze. The package included a handy pouch with a zipper to hold the device, extra battery pack, wall charger, and charging cord. Pick up and drop off at different airports was easy. A great value. Would highly recommend.

Our travel agent recommended the pocket sized wi-fi. Best $53.00 I’ve ever spent. Had no problems, not even in the subways. It was a complete comfort knowing we could internet access traveling around a foreign country.

This was a great little investment

For my first visit to Japan I was told to get portable wi-fi so I could use navigation to get around. I cannot tell u what a life saver it was to get directions, train info, internet access for looking up sites to visit and texting capability to family back home thru an ap. I ordered it before my trip and it was waiting at the airport post office when I arrived. Setup took literally 10seconds to get connected and my whole family could connect to it as well and it still worked with good speed. We used it daily from around 9am-8pm and I never had to use the backup battery that was provided in case the charge went low. Return was super easy. Put everything in the case provided and in the self addressed envelope provided and put it in the postal drop box at the airport where we picked it up.

Everything was easy and worked flawlessly. I will definitely use the service again next time.

Regarding the wireless strength and connection, the service is fantastic, never an issue. The unit lasts 10 hours which goes by quick when you're travelling. Fortunately there is a provided charging pack (on down side, you have to carry an additional charger and cords).

The downside. The unit is larger than others I've rented, thus less battery longevity. Secondly, it heats up, this however did not impact function. Just an FYI.

Overall does what's suppose to for a reasonable price.

Easy pick up and return; strong signal, even in remoter areas; battery life usually sufficient, even for longer day trips; reassuring to have external power pack as reserve.
