excellent portable wifi, the pickup and dropoff were super easy to do. the service was great, my wife and i used it for a 11 day trip in Japan and we were very pleased. great alternative if you are unable to get an e-sim or if you prefer just having internet wherever you go. highly recommend!

Great service and battery life. Did not need to use the spare battery even after 12 hours

Cheap but very reliable.

Used Japan Wireless 3 times now. Easy to place order, pu at Narita airport, return at mailbox just before security checkpoint. WiFi easy to set up and use. Great customer service.

It was a good experience with the wifi. It came along with power bank

Muy funcional. Perfecto para mi viaje!!

Great WiFi exploring Tokyo, we’ve used it twice on both Japan trips and if we go back, Japan Wireless is who we trust !

Product works in all areas where we visited in Tokyo and also Nikko. Will rent product again when we visit in the near future.

The wifi got lagged sometimes, apart from that everything was alright

Easy to use, seamless delivery and return! Thank you so much
