Only one deception with the translator which is old and useless compare to easy app on your phone like google translate. Still don't even understand why I paid for this.

Best thing we did was to hire the Japan pocket wifi for our 45 day trip, we had Japan wide coverage, unlimited data for our four devices, the battery had excellent life. The pocket wifi was delivered to our hotel and we popped it in the mail box in envelope provided at the end of our trip. I certainly recommend Japan Wireless and will book one for our holiday next year.

This is my go-to company for pocket wifi.

Package was waiting at Haneda T3, worked right away connecting to our phones and iPads, and came with the envelope package to post when we were finished. Also clear directions to the post boxes at the airport on our journey home. We would recommend this system again.

The process with Japan Wireless was great. The pickup process was easy, the unit was packed with clear directions and all the equipment needed. Return was perfectly easy dropping it off at the airport pre-security. Having a wireless element during our trip from America relieved lots of stress and gave us maps and translation services during the whole stay. Would do again on my next trip.
