I'm not sure how many times I've used Japan Wireless now, but they're my no-brainer go-to whenever I'm in Japan. The rates are reasonable, the connectivity excellent anywhere I've gone in Japan, even in more rural areas, and I can count on the device being there waiting for me when I check into the hotel. Highly recommended!

I got the esim and it was easy to setup, wasn't expensive and worked as intended. Can't really ask for more.

Good product and too comfortable.

Forgot to put the charger in when returning through post. Emailed them the situation and left it at the ninja counter. They responded really quickly and handled it fast. Fast wifi for our three week trip & affordable. Highly recommend:)

Mobile WiFi worked for using phones for google maps and messages/email all over Tokyo.

Speeds were slow for work - in some places… but I could find another WiFi from the hostel for that.

The battery lasted the full day easily and charged overnight.

Pickup and Drop off was easy.

Payment/ordering was easy.

We rented two wifi devices for our group and it worked well. Fast internet connection and reliable battery life as well. However there was a small issue with the other device's charger not charging sometimes, we had to use a different charger. Overall the experience was great and I would recommend this to my friends and colleagues who would visit Japan too.

So easy to book online and pick up at the international airport! WIFI device was nice and compact and the price was reasonable.

I have rented a portable pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless for several of our trips to Japan. As requested, our portable WiFi has always been at our hotel front desk upon check in. Everything ran smoothly from pick up to drop off in the postal mailbox. We highly recommend using Japan Wireless for your WiFi needs when traveling to Japan!

Connectivity good, battery life could be imrpoved.

Always getting Japan Wireless when i am in Japan. Its a must.
