This is the 2nd time we using Japan-wireless service. First time was in Kyoto & Osaka with e-sim, this time was the Wifi device. Simple instructions with the little device and dropped off at Haneda via postal box. We are happy with the service and highly recommended.

I ordered my pocket Wifi when I arrived in Japan and it was delivered to my hotel the next day. It worked flawlessly for the two weeks I was in Japan. It was an easy drop off at Narita. I highly recommend this service.

Excellent customer service. Device worked well throughout our trip.

Device was delivered to my hotel picked up upon arrival. Very easy to sync to our phones and to use throughout our stay.

Our pocket wifi rental kept us reliably connected for our two weeks in northern Hokkaido. Picking up and returning the pocket wifi was very easy, and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Japan Wireless to other travelers.

Amazing experience, I created an issue where I didn’t input my delivery of the device properly but their team emailed me and we got it figured out. Despite my late response on the issue they still reimbursed me the days I didn’t have the device! The overall plus is that their customer service was A+!

We used a pocket wifi device during our stay in Japan.
It was easy to order, and pick-up and drop-off at the airport was easy.
The device was fantastic , easy to connect to our phones and worked like a dream for the whole duration of our stay.
It was fantastic value for money, costing a fraction of what it would have been to use our own data.
Highly recommended - great job Japan Wireless 👏👏👏
