I have rented a wireless modem from Japan Wireless twice. Their customer service is outstanding I had the modems delivered to a home address and each time they were delivered as promised. The modems worked flawlessly with enough throughput to easily stream videos. I would definitely recommend Japan Wireless for your internet need while traveling in Japan.

I was surprised about the abilities that having a pocket router gives. I was able to use my GPS on a cell phone any place that I visited in Japan. I was able to connect to all my internet accounts. I believe this mechanism is the future of Internet use. Thanks

I use Japan Wireless every time I go on an adventure in Japan and it never failed me and they have great customer support as well. Highly recommend!

I've travelled from India to japan and have travelled around the country for two weeks and i have not encountered any service issues including while trekking.

Thanks

The service work and expected not a single fail yeah the cables may have some details but on my travel in the north and south of japan everything was excellent

I’ve used your service for the last 2 years that I’ve visited Japan and had never had any problems with receiving and returning my items.

Seamless and straight forward, was a very smooth process and was able to use data as I would at home.

It was our first time despite making sure it was sent to me properly. It was easy to use and made our trip easier

Fast WiFi everywhere I went.

I will start with saying that this was my first time buying SIM card abroad, so you can see how it went for someone with zero experience.
Bought the SIM card online (prepaid for 30 days) and chose to pick it up at Narita airport. After landing the booth was easy to find (received bit of a map for that purpose in the e-mail before departure) even after 30 hours without sleep. Envelope had SIM card and instructions for its installation for both iPhone and Android. Easy to understand, fast success on 1st try. Access to internet (with unlimited data no less - eat that, domestic providers) made life so easy - train connections with departures and platforms, access to any updates about places I went to visit, opening hours...
Internet connection went for full 30 days without any hitch and thus I can give well deserved 5 stars. To conclude, getting SIM card for Japan is definitely worth it and think I found my provider for that purpose.
