Simply Excellent!!! Will purchase a SIM again whenever I visit Japan in future. Didn't feel any disconnectivity in Data during my entire stay in Japan. I myself is a Telecom Engineer so I know how these SIM stuff works and from that perspective I'm giving you a feedback.

Great service! Easy pickup and easy return!

Worked great for 3 week trip in Japan. Had to manually adjust data limit on the device, but otherwise had unlimited data for the whole trip, battery lasted 8+ hours a day on single charge

A wonderful service! This is our second trip to Japan and both times using Japan wireless. Our device was waiting for us on arrival at our hotel and we had internet access instantly our whole holiday, hassle free. Would highly recommend for easy, no hassle wifi access.

The pocket Wi-Fi rental experience was excellent from the start (internet reservation & airport pickup) to finish (mail envelope for easy return). Also, the email notifications confirming the return set my mind at ease.

I had to stay an extra day and their extension process is very convenient. This was my third rental from Japan Wireless and will do so again next time I visit Japan.

This is by far the most convenient pocket wifi and reasonable. I already used their service twice and so worth it and reliable. The best.

Much cheaper than using my phone carrier’s international plan and the pocket WiFi works the whole day since there is also back up battery pack
