Perfect and reliable
The pocket wifi was amazing. It had excellent service coverage and battery throughout our trip. The entire family was connected superbly.
The rental of the wireless router from Japan Wireless was the best idea. Very convenient, it was mailed directly to my hotel. A pre-addressed envelope was provided for return. All I had to do was drop it in the mailbox. The router and the provided battery worked perfectly. I would highly recommend for any traveler.
I've ordered a couple of times from Japan Wireless already and it always went through smoothly. The signal is usually very good and the devices, which got delivered, in a good overall condition. Even order changes, for example regarding the delivery address, have never been a problem, so I would definitely recommend using Japan Wireless without hesitation.
