Great communication, fast response. Great service in Japan did not have any issues. We had the device delivered to our hotel and it was easy & simple to post it back when we were finished with it.

Used the pocket Wi-Fi and only lost signal while on Shinkansen going through tunnels from Tokyo to Niigata. Otherwise, worked everywhere we went! So easy. Otaru, Chitose, Nagoya, Niigata, Tokyo, Matsuyama and Hakone. At the end just put in envelope and drop in mailbox at airport!

Used Japan Wireless while traveling in Japan, and it worked really well. And their customer service was really polite and helped me when I lost their wifi cover.

This service was so handy. Picked it up at the airport upon arrival and wifi worked very well. Reasonable price. I think the only downside is my friend tried to use the service picking it up at Kansai-airport but post office pick close early there and since she was arriving at night she couldn't pick it up at the airport. I picked mine up at the Haneda and they stay open later.
