This was fairly easy, though you have to go to find the airport post office after a 14-hour flight. The phone and portable WiFi were really great to have, and the price was reasonable.
Exactly as described. Super convenient. I even extended my rental for a week with no hassles at all. Strongly recommend
Couldn't of got around Japan without this. Great device ,great price, easy pick up and drop off and great customer service. Would definitely recommend and use this company again.
Unit awaited us at our hotel when we arrived. Easy to use. Simple return.
Quick excellent service, so easy to use, life save time save to get the most out of Japan
A+
Excelent in everywhere! Easy to get and easy to deliver it back.
Picking it up and dropping it off with the hotel registration is a big factor. We picked up in our hotel in Osaka and dropped it off in our hotel in Kyoto. It saved us a lot of time and stress.
Was a good service, always connected, the battery was enought and the send was really quick on the hotel.
I travel frequently in Japan and spend about 2,5 months in Japan every year. I travel form Akita in the north to Kagoshima in the south to visit my business partners. I am totally depending on being online all the time and Japan Wireless company make me do that, without any hazzle and almost 100% coverage all over Japan. So my favourite company for this service.
