Sign up, pick up, drop off as easy as it gets direct from teh terminal. Service was outstanding across Tokyo, Osaka and Koyoto including trains, planes, and automobiles.

This is the second time I’ve used this service. Coverage is excellent, and the ease of using and connecting is a breeze. Battery life was excellent — I could use it for an entire day (8:00–23:00). The one-page manual is clear, from setting it up to returning the package after use at the airport. I would recommend this service to anyone who prefers a Wi-Fi router instead of an eSIM.

The portable WiFi was really reliable and I had a great experience using it. I also appreciated the portable charger, outlet, etc.

The Japan Wireless worked great for the entire time we were in Japan. We were in Sasebo, Fukuoka, Kyoto and Tokyo. Everywhere we went there was service available. My wife and I could share the signal as long as we were close together. A good value compared to what ATT would have charged for international roaming for both of us.

Using the Pocket WiFi helps us to navigate our way around Japan and keeps us in touch with friends and family during our visit.
