All perfect, I recommend this service and product

Perfect device, worked excellently under all circumstances, very easy to use and compact in size. Highly recommended for those who want to have wifi anytime and anywhere. The price is more than worth it.

Easy to use, it solved my phone cover problem

Prenotato on line e ritirato direttamente e comodamente in aeroporto. E' bastato esibire il passaporto e avevano già la busta pronta. Non abbiamo mai avuto bisogno della power bank di scorta perchè la batteria ci è sempre bastata. Comodissima la restituzione tramite busta preaffrancata da imbucare in qualsiasi cassetta postale. Assolutamente consigliato!!!

Very efficient in different areas of the country

It is a very reccomended device to use. The battery lasts for many hours (I used to go out at 8 in the morning and to come back 12 hours later and the battery was still 30/40 %). On the other hand, sometimes the signal went off and, if you have to use the internet to catch a train or to check the timetable, it could be a problem.

Good coverage even inside the Tokyo Metro

Japan wireless coverage is perfect for if you are traveling around Japan and the speeds provided are great. This was definitely worth getting and I plan to get it again next time I will be in Japan.

Used Japan Wireless WiFi for our 12 day trip to Tokyo and Kyoto, and couldn't say enough good things about the product and service. It is an absolute ESSENTIAL when in Japan. Wifi connection was fast and reliable for the whole trip (even up the majority of Mount Fuji!)

To top things off, the battery was astounding!! The inclusion of a portable charger was great. We would spend the whole day out and about (16+ hours) and when we got home, the WiFi router was still at 100% and the portable charger still had juice!

If you're on the fence about whether or not you need the WiFi, GET IT. If you're on the fence about who to choose, go with Japan Wireless! Quick and easy pickup (less than 1 minute in Narita), and a reliable product that got us through our whole trip!
