The battery was sufficient for 8-9 hours at day, the signal always was on in Tokyo, Kyoto, Miyajima, Osaka, Nara, Himeji, Mt Fuji. It is very easy to use. I recommended 100%.

I've been using this service for many years now for whenever I go to Japan on business or leisure. Testament to my satisfaction that I will continue considering it also in the future. I appreciate not having to handle SIM card switching but the ease of use of an always accessible WiFi connection for however many devices I need it for. Do book with confidence, I've got no complaints whatsoever!

Had no problem, well, my first device wouldt charge after a few days so they sent a new to my hotel. Got it working again. Excellent service

The only problem I had was that the speed dropped for a day at the beginning of the month, the rest of the time it was perfect.

Having never been to Japan before I was cautious about which company and deal to use when choosing pocket wifi. I was very impressed with japan-wireless! Communication from when I booked was great and collecting from Haneda airport was so easy. The dongle never gave us any issues at all (6 of us connecting at all times) and there was no loss of signal anywhere during our trip. Im planning on coming back to Japan next year and will definitely be using Japan-Wireless again.

It was easy to pick up at the airport on arrival and post back on departure.
It worked flawlessly throughout my 21 day stay in Tokyo, Kyoto, Nara and Osaka.
Good value too.
I will definitely use this again next time I visit Japan and thoroughly recommend it.
