I always use this service as the internet connection is very good. i have it deliver to my hotel and the hotel helps me send back to them. when you receive the item it is complete with postal envelope as well making it easy for you to return the item.

This is the 2nd time we rented the Pocket Wifi from Japan Wireless. I am 100% satisfied with its performance and reliability. We traveled from Tokyo to Osaka/Kyoto/Kobe via plane and train. It worked flawlessly. Highly recommended.

I was happy with the service that was provided. The SIM cost was great compared to others and it worked perfectly. I travelled all across Japan and although there may be some slow spots. I was never stranded without service.

We picked up our pocket wifi at the airport and within 10 minutes it was up and running. It worked absolutely fine all along our trip in Japan which lasted 4 weeks in total. We posted it back just before leaving at the airport. Easy and efficient. Thanks

The pocket WiFi was very easy to order and get using. The battery life was very good. Nice a spare battery pack was included just in case.

The device worked flawless. As long as charged we connected everywhere and it was such a good decision. The team communicated on time and helped changed the city of collection without hassle. Totally recommended.
