It was my first time to avail of the service and it did not disappoint. The connection was stable during the 8 days we were in JP. We did not encounter any issue at all. The included power bank is a great help. Will get this service again next time.

This was the 2nd time I have used this internet whilst travelling around Japan. Definitely recommend and will use it the next time I travel to Japan.

Using Japan Wireless was an overall good experience. Getting and returning the WiFi unit was easy. The unit itself worked well, and although its battery life was short, a backup battery device was supplied. I would use Japan Wireless Premium WiFi again.

Very useful to use on the go, when you are traveling. Easy to connect, pick up and send back. Works very well.
