This pocket WiFi worked perfectly. It was me and my wife’s first time ever traveling outside of the USA and this pocket WiFi worked wonders and never gave us any issues. The next time we come back to Japan we will definitely be getting it again!

The staff was super helpfull and understood my bad japanese :P
The decive worked perfectly the entire time, we connected two devices and the internet was flawless.
Thank you so much!

The purchasing of this mobile Wi-Fi was the best thing we did for our three weeks in Japan. We did a lot of travelling and it never failed us.
A full charge overnight lasted us most of the following day, although we did find it useful to carry our own charge block giving us reassurance it would last when we arrived back at the hotel very late in the day

The service is good and so easy to return

The service is exceptional! It's work very well.

The process was great to pick up and drop off the equipment. The durability of the battery life was also very good. We always had wifi even in far areas. Highly recommended

Mifi device and power bank were in excellent condition. Service was great all around. Thank you!

We used Japan Wireless during our recent trip. The modems were delivered directly to our hotel. We did have one small issue with a cable not working but a quick email to the company and a replacement was sent to our hotel the next day. Easy set up easy to use, return envelope is so handy we dropped it at reception on our way to the airport. Great service 5 stars 🌟

Excellent. Delivery on time, easy drop off at mailbox and no connection problems with the wifi service.
My only complaint was the size of the portable wifi device, quite large and a bit heavy.

Worked very good with good battery
