I purchased unlimited data for 18 days. I ended up staying 19 and was still connected to the service for the final day. It was a fairly easy process to set up, but make sure you have the directions printed out or on a different device for easier set up. I was online within 15 minutes. Be aware of sending videos or taking video calls because it can eat up your higher speed data. I would definitely use this service again. It was far cheaper than continuing to use my normal service.

great service, had 100% uptime and no issues! will purchase again on my next trip to japan

We ordered from Hawaii to have it delivered to the first hotel of our trip and it was waiting for us at arrival . Put it in the postbox at the airport before going to check in for our flight .
Super easy to use , compatible with Apple and Nintendo and up to 10 devices !. Will recommend and use again in the future .

It was a easy to have portable wifi delivered to our hotel and returning it was just as easy. So convenient.

Very convenient to pick up and the easiest drop off! Great pricing too! Will definitely use again!

Easy to use. Was perfect for getting around Japan.

+ Unlimited data
+ Pretty good speed (20-30mbps)
+ Easy pickup and return
+ Good service

- Wifi device would change network or something many times and be out of comission for 5-8min
- Sometimes the device would not charge from a powerbank

Our pocket wifi kept us connected for the entirety of our trip. It was even fast enough for me to watch a Pacific League playoff game on the train. Returning it was easy. This will be our go to internet method on future trips.

From start to finish, renting this pocket wifi was easy. The instructions on email and in the packet was clear. There was a new cable and charger in the packet. 2 people connected with this device and we travelled out of Osaka to Kyoto and Wakayama on small country roads and had no problems with connection. I would use this service again for my next visit.

Great connection throughout our 9-day stay in Japan (connected to two phones) No issues with connection, easy pick up and easy drop off too!
