Very good product.it was working every where during our trip

Very good Service 10/10

This is the second year that we have chosen pocket wifi instead of e-sim. We used it connected to two mobile devices, we had to charge it every evening because we used the navigator a lot when we had to drive. In Kiushu it worked perfectly, in Hokkaido we lost the signal on the route from Biei to Akan (through the Daisetsuzan National Park, between tunnels and mountain passes but it would have happened even with a normal connection) and going back from Kushiro to Noboribetsu (again due to the tunnels and going up in nature reserves). I recommend it, we will definitely take it again to discover the next island.

We had a wonderful experience using the router while in Japan. Had an excellent charge life and reception in the countryside on our trip to Mt Fuji. Would definitely rent this product again!

Amazing. Wouldnt travel Japan without ot!

Experience with Japan wireless was great. Easy to book, price was reasonable, and connection was strong throughout my trip. Convenient delivery to my hotel and easy return at the airport mailbox. The device lasted throughout most of the day without a second charge and came with a external battery, charging cord, and mailing envelope. I would rent again for my next trip with Japan wireless.

Great service, very easy to order and return a pocket wi-fi with reasonable rates. I used this service twice without any problems. The delivery to the hotel was made on time and returning is easy as a return envelope is included in the package. After leaving Japan, I appreciate the notification that the package was received.

I ordered 3 units and encountered a battery problem. Japan wireless immediately sent me replacement units and refunded me on the days that I didn't have connection
