I have used Japan wireless’s pocket WiFi multiple times in the last few years. I never have any problems and it’s a life saver for peace of mind while travelling in Japan. I recommend this to anyone who is thinking of getting a pocket WiFi. Convenient and easy to use.

Did exactly what it says on the tin. Easy to collect, set up and return.

This product perfectly suited my needs whilst travelling around Japan for three weeks in May 2025. I never had a problem connecting to what I needed to use and download. I would highly recommend this product to future travellers.

Reliable, friendly staff, easy

You turn it on, connect, and use your internet services. That's it. Approximately 12 hours of battery life, you recharge quickly in the evening. Have a nice trip with this device.

Great service. Would definitely use this mobile wifi service again.

Tip: It's better to drop in post box at hotel than at the airport. Post box might be far from check in counter.

Excellent connectivity

Fantastic service! I got the SIM gor my holiday for 3 weeks, and I survived with 20GB. It sometimes didn't work in crowded areas, but surprisingly it worked in very small villages and by the beach.
