Worked very well for my needs

Great to be fully connected during our five weeks trip across Japan thanks to the « little black box ». Easy to pick up at the airport , easy to use, easy to return. Japan Wireless has fully understood the needs of its users. Thank you !

The service was exactly as stated on the website. The wifi kit was delivered to hotel and return in the replied paid envelope was very easy. We dropped it off at the airport and the instructions about how to do this (including where the postbox was located) was very clear. We had no issues with the unit while traveling. I would not hesitating using this service when we are next in Japan.

Instant connectivity, fast and reliable. I use it everytime I visit Japan.

Very convenient pickup and drop-off process.
Coverage was great in Nagoya and Tokyo but the hardware provided was easily drained (half day) for both the pocket WiFi and battery bank.

We had a number of choices for WiFi in Japan and we decided to go with Japan Wireless because of the good reviews. They did not disappoint! Service was excellent throughout our travels and we found the pick up and drop off so easy. When we come back to Japan we will definitely choose Japan Wireless again.
