Excellent. Worked perfectly for our family during our entire trip.

Very useful and convenient in going around in Japan.

It work great while my daughter and I was in Japan for 12 days. Never had any issues and the battery for the router lasted a good 8 hrs, so when i go back to Japan I’ll be getting this again.

Things went really well with the SIM cards, we were all connected and able to find each other (as a family group in iOS).

The data was great, connections e we re always solid and we never felt disconnected.

The only gripe I have is that it was unclear about where to go in Narita airport to actually get the cards. Took a bit of doing but we obviously got it sorted out.

We plan to return to Japan in fall of 2026 and will use these guys again for our local data needs.

It was perfect! Everything was simple and easy to use, never had any issues with it and loved that it was delivered to the hotel a day before arrival.

No complaints whatsoever. Simple to use and was reliable throughout our vacation. Recommended.
