This was the best way to stay online in Japan! Pre-ordered a few weeks in advance and it was waiting at the hotel when we arrived. Already charged and ready to go. Easy to connect and lasted all day. Charged at night in the hotel and all set for the next day. Tip: remember to use your hotel wifi at night, so the pocket WiFi can fully charge for the next day. All in all, a great service!!!

The pocket wifi service was exceptional. It was delivered to the Tokyo address I set safely. It came with a pouch, charger, pocket wifi, and instructions. Drop off was easy and simple as I just needed to put the items into the provided return shipping envelope and drop off at the post office.

4 people systematically connected to the WIFI Pocket during our stay.
Good connection even in the Shinkansen.
It went well in Tokyo Nikkō Hakone Kyoto Osaka areas.
The additional battery is needed for a full day autonomy.
The WIFI pocket heats in the backpack but it doesn’t decrease overall performance.
I recommend this product.

Glad I availed the Japan Wireless E-Sim during our recent trip to Japan. The speed is consistently fast and seamless. I never got lost because there is signal even in the basement of the train stations. Will definitely avail again in our next Japan trip.
