I used the premium package throughout the month of July. It was excellent. It worked everywhere I traveled, and even on Mount Shosha the signal never dropped.

You saved our three weeks in Japan, as Wi-Fi was available almost everywhere... only on a trip to the mountains with lots of trees was it not always available. However my son loved your Wi-Fi and asked if we could take it home with us :-)

The Japanese pocket wifi was absolutely flawless throughout my entire stay, maintaining strong connectivity even underground in the metro. Its reliable signal and consistent performance made exploring Japan stress-free. Highly recommend this essential travel companion for anyone visiting Japan!

Very helpful to have pocket WiFi in Japan while traveling to different locations during our 16 days on Japan mainland and Okinawa. Kept us in touch and helped with public transportation and later driving in Okinawa. Pocket WiFi made traveling saver and helped us feel confident in our travels

I recently rented a Japan Wireless pocket WiFi for a 19 day trip in Japan. My girlfriend and I shared the device. Pick-up at the airport was fast and easy, as was connecting to the device. WiFi service throughout Japan was excellent! Battery life was also very good, but it was nice that the plan included a charger. Using the pre-paid postage envelope provide by JW, I dropped off the pocket WiFi at Haneda before boarding our flight home. I highly recommend Japan Wireless.
