simplex to order, easy to use, always connected with an excellent speed...only the battery last too short and even with the battery bank supplied with the router... this is something that should be' improved

We strongly recommend to rent japan-wireless. It’s not expensive and the service was great.
Access to WiFi every time is fundamental for tourists that don’t speak Japanese.

I choose to get my pack delivered at my hotel. It was waiting for me ready to be use. It comes with an external battery pack but I didn’t use it as the battery life of the device is already enough if you charge it every night. The internet speed is good enough but no match for a real 4g 200+ mb. Restitution was easy, just put everything back in the return envelope and leave it at the airport post office.
