Fast and reliable internet service and speed and convenient process. Would definitely use again!

Perfect

I used Japan Wireless for my 14 days stay in Japan, mostly in Tokyo. The connection was great almost always. The speed was also very good. I was even able to stream videos without interruptions. Only few times it got disconnected while riding the Metro. I will reuse the service upon my return to Japan.

We've (group of three) used the Premium Wi-Fi for 14 Days, in Tokyo, Kyoto, Hakone, Koyasan and during all trips around this places. The Wi-Fi was working everywhere with reasonable speed. The battery lasts usually the whole day, so there was no need to use the enclosed power bank.

We were very satisfied with the service!

We have rented the pocket wifi for almost 20 days. Japan Wireless premium wifi was our choice because we wanted unlimited capacity. We used it for all the day for navigation and browsing, after 8h usage the battery was still on 40% (without using the power bank which was included in the package). In the evening we watched films and we still did not encountered bandwidth limitation. We can only recommend it.
