Easy and simple.

During our entire stay, my family and I heavily relied on internet connection to help us stay in touch with each other as well as to help us navigate. The dependability of the pocket wifi service we availed allowed us to do so with much ease. The connection is great and the speed is as good as advertised. Amazing service also with delivery and pick-up points of your choice!

Very easy pickup/drop off and the service was excellent! I even used it in the hotel since it was faster than their free wi-fi.

The speed is great, easy to order and drop off. The connection is very stable, the battery can last for the whole day, just need to charge it at night. Japan Wireless provided a spare charger as well. We won’t survive on this trip without this device. I would think it is a must to have item when traveling with kids or as a group, the unlimited internet access to different devices was great help during our trip.

worked well. extra battery pack was very useful. only one time did it drop out and it was outside the help center time. no internet so couldnt trouble shoot.
