worked all the time everywhere I went

Wifi working very well, fast connection no fuss and battery can last for the whole day. Customer service is also quick and very helpful. Would definitely recommend to a friend and use again!

Easy set up, we could share connection among all our devices and it was ideal for using google maps to navigate our way round. Brilliant tool to help us have a great trip. Was waiting at our hotel and easy to drop off in post box at the airport (before security).

The wifi hotspot had excellent battery life and a great connection even in remote areas of Japan. Price was good and service was always excellent. I have rented from them many times.

I and my family ordered a SIM each for our entire stay in Japan. We thought we would miss not being able to make calls, but we communicated instead via chat. It was invaluable to be able use online maps and translation services.
