Superb service

Great Service

Reliable Internet connection is so essential in Japan that you should choose one that really works. I can recommended Japan Wireless business wifi as it worked very well and only a couple times failed to connect me when playing Pokemon Go. Maps and web browsing worked very well and fast. Picking up from Narita Airport post office was very easy and convenient. I will use Japan Wireless again if I get to come to Japan again.

Semplice e veloce, nessun problema

I loved the router and thought it was the most convenient way to stay connected while in Japan. The only con that didn't work well was when we were on the bullet train, the router did not work. Once we were at our destination, I just re-started the router and it worked well again!

Enchanted with the use of this equipment. Very helpful in our trip to Japan. Totally advisable.

It works amazing. The signal was always strong (except in tunnels while riding the bullet train), the battery life was as advertised, and it kept three people connected throughout our travels in Japan. The return is also super simple. Keep the envelope they give you, which is already addressed, and drop in any post office box. Done.
WIFI in Japan is a must to find your way around and scope places to eat. Can't recommend this enough.

The 187mbps option was cheap, fast, and very reliable. The hotspot power lasts all day and then some. We never lost service between within Tokyo, Kyoto, and between the two.

Renting the pocket WiFi and having it delivered to my hotel was really convenient and easy. The connection and internet speed was excellent! The only complaint I have was the battery pack did not last very long and the cord was defective. After the second day, we used our own battery pack to charge the pocket WiFi. Other than the equipment issues the service was great. We had 5 phones connected at the same time and the connection never slowed down.
