Excellent service was so handy

Excellent service, item was waiting for me at the hotel. Only complaint is I wasn’t told beforehand that they weren’t able to ship the battery pack to Okinawa for security reasons. Once I got in touch with them, they kindly ship the battery to Hiroshima where my next stop was. Return was easy too, just popped into the envelope provided, and into a mailbox at the airport. The wi-Fi was fast, and once I had an issue, all I had to do was reset - I did get into a panic and emailed them, and as always their email responses was prompt. Highly recommended.

Easy, efficient and reliable. Extending rental period is very simple to do. Also the included Powerbank is great to have. THANK YOU !!!

I really love this device while traveling throughout Tokyo. My three sisters and myself all share the same device and had wonderful connectivity as well as reception. Will definitely use this device again on my future travels!

受け取り、返却はとても良い。ハードウェアはきちんと揃っている。バッテリーがWiFi本体も予備バッテリーでもややくたびれているようで、持ちがやや悪い。

This WiFi was excellent! Easy to pick up at the airport and easy to return at Narita also. I would highly recommend using this during your stay in Japan.

Everything was OK

Worked flawlessly. Good bandwidth & battery life.

Quite expensive, but the quality of service was good, connection was good and it came with a portable battery to recharge it
