It was great! Thank you for a terrific experience.

Fast delivering, good price, very good connection, no problems.

Spent 2 weeks in Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo. Very reliable coverage.
Package was deliver to hotel on time and return process is very easy at Narita airport.

This wifi device was amazing! Coming from the US, it was extremely fast had had excellent service the whole time. It was also very inexpensive and I appreciated it being small. I will definitely order one again while traveling!

The only problem was the powerbank

Hassle Free and a truly unlimited data experience

Amazing pocket WiFi that’s reasonably priced and great signal strength both in cities and mountains.

This worked well. However the batteries struggle to last a full day and the speed was a lot less than advertised, even in tokyo

This is the second time I have used Japan Wireless while vacationing in Japan and for the 2nd time, I could not fault the product. The premium wifi package provides fast connection and with its ease of delivery and return procedures, I will use this service on future trips to Japan.

Great price and good wifi. Battery lasts fairly long, but me and my partner each got two in case we got separated and needed to contact each other. So that doubled the battery life.
