Loved it, great speeds, super convenient and portable

Easy to use, fast and efficient. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Japan. Receiving and returning is also extremely easy. Five stars!

I've used Japan Wireless twice now and both their product and customer experience have been top notch. The rental units arrived on-time to the hotels I asked them to be delivered too, and I have had solid coverage from visits in cities from Tokyo up through Nikko, Sendai, Aomori, and into Hokkaido.

This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered a pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless. Again, the order process was super easy and convenient.
Although it was too late to change my delivery to a different terminal at Narita the staff did their best and answered my questions.

The device is very simple to use, the instructions sent with the kit are superclear and the extra battery was very usefull! the wi-fi worked 21 days nonstop and fast around Tokyo and Yamanashi. we had no kind of problem, highly recommended, would rent again the next time!

My husband and I had used pocket wifi on our last trip to Japan but flew into Narita too late to pick one up for this trip. We were slightly panicking about where to find one in Tokyo and were pleasantly surprised by how convenient Japan Wireless was. I literally put in my order when we got to our hotel and was able to pick it up at the Ueno location the next morning!

We love pocket wifi, especially if you are traveling out of Tokyo. Worked great as expected, had good battery life (we would leave for the day and not return to our hotel until evening - usually it did fine, but check it now and again in case it needs a little extra juice), and returning it was super simple. Thank you!! :)
