Most of the time it worked flawlessly. Several times we had to unblock the screen of the router in order for the WiFi to work, and once we had to completely reset the device because it didn't get any 4G signal. And speaking of 4G, both the speed and the availability were perfect - we visited Tôkyô, Kyôto, Nara and Ôsaka and had perfect Internet access everywhere we went. The price is great, too, as it is the convenience of picking it up and dropping it off at the airport. Really recommended.

We really loved this pocket wifi because of its long battery life and strong internet. We didn’t have any problems connecting to the device and we were able to stay online during our whole stay. It also comes with a power bank which we really appreciated.

It was a great idea to have this wifi device, really made our trip very easy. The only issue was that it lost signal 2 times on a 14 days period but they give you a little instruction booklet that tells you how to reset the device in a very easy fashion, after reseting the device the problem was solved instantly.

Great overall, sometimes disconnects and have to restart

We had no problems with the wifi machine we rented. Booth was easy to locate in the airport, they included an extra battery pack and it had a long power life. Thank you!
