Works very well, even for long term use.

When ever I order and use, no issues pop-up. Allways supportive callcenter and get mail feedback.

unit was delivered to our initial hotel as promised and unit is working flawlessly...thanks Japan Wireless

We were very pleased with Japan Wireless! 5 stars and we’ll keep using it in the future!

This Japan Wireless premium Wifi worked well every where that I went, all over Tokyo, to Hiroshima, and other areas. It was much less expensive than using my wireless carrier data plans or the Wifi at my lodging. It worked well for my phone, laptop, and TV for the almost 3 months that I used it. I wish that I had gotten it sooner so that I could have saved more money. It was not too inconvenient to carry everywhere, along with the charging pack so that I could stay out all day and keep my phone and Wifi device charged.

I order this service each time I visit Japan. It's easy, reliable and convenient.

This was the second time I had used JP Wireless. Just like the first time the service is fast and reliable. There is no slow down of their wireless package that I have seen so also a positive. Highly recommended

Only had one problem when the wifi stopped working

日本帰国して直ぐにワイファイが使えて重宝しました。いつもお世話になっています。

I was in Japan last October for a funeral. I got to the airport and due to the COVID screening process, I was unable to pick up my wifi device. I contacted them and they didn't get back to me for a little over a day. They apologized for the delayed response and waved the fee that is involved to have the wifi re-shipped to a new location. The Wifi arrived later on the same day that they got back to me! The WIFI itself was very good! 3 people shared it and we had no issues. Would definitely use this service again
