Everything was perfect! Thank you :)

Easy to use I like it when you only have to wait the wifi to arrive to you and you can post back the wifi from anywhere no need to to a specific place/counter i use it because i have to go back to my country but i already cancelled my japan phone number so it difficult for me because i need internet to search for route and train schedule and to contact my friends that im gonna meet and etc

Product was exactly what I ordered, and it was delivered correctly and on time. I will definitely use again on my next trip to Japan

It got good connection and great customer service.

Very reliable company. The device was delivered ahead of time at the address I provided. I will recommend this company and their services to anyone coming to visit Japan.

Ho scelto questo prodotto per andare in Giappone 4 mesi. Tutti me lo hanno descritto come efficiente e fondamentale per avere internet. Per questo lo ho acquistato anche io e spero che rispecchi tali qualità

Excellent product and service

It is compact and very easy to use and I didn't have any problem with it. However it can get heated up very quickly inside a bag also sometimes dropped connection, otherwise all was good.

Always used this Japan Wireless service since it is always reliable on their service and quality.

Excellent by all means and I have used it many times but you need to give some discount for your repeat clients as recognition
