Perfect perfect perfect

I order the data sim before arrive in Japan, with the delivery at my hotel a couple of ours before my check in, and is arrived as requested. Connection works very well, fast as needed to chat and view video, not tested for high speed connection request

Perfect service~ Thank you!

Fast and easy transaction from ordering up to delivery. Product is topnotch!

Great service for 6 months.Reasonable Rates!

I found the process for the Japan Wireless hotspot ordering very easy to understand and informative. I was able to book a hot spot to go to my hotel when I arrive. I didn’t see an option to add insurance on the mobile page, but I have until three days before my arrive to correct my order so I will contact customer service about adding it on. I have read several travel reviews that have high ratings for the coverage across Japan for the Japan Wireless mobile hotspot. I look forward to using this during my extended travels in Japan.

Worked very well, provided power was an excellent addition. Thank you!

I really enjoyed using Japan Wireless. Easy to purchase. Delivery was timely. Return instruction was easy to understand and hassle free.

Seamless process. And more importantly, price was competitive, value for money. I appreciate the service rendered by the company during my long stay in Japan.
