Very happy with this portable wifi. Worked everywhere I went and was easy to use

This pocket wifi worked as advertised. Great coverage and no glitches. Service is reliable and instructions were easy to follow. Convenient pick up at your hotel and envelope provided to drop off in mailbox at airport at the end of your stay. Would highly recommend!

Great service.
They delivered the wifi device at the hotel. It was already there when we arrived

One of the best and necessary deals that all visitors exploring Japan need to secure prior to traveling. We're so please with the signal quality and strength that, almost without exceptions, allowed us to stay connected.

1. i really appreciated the way i received and returned it. very efficient.
2. the internet functioned perfectly, regardless the location
3. possibility to connect several devices.
4. money very well spent

Great product to have while traveling in Japan! A real step up from using your normal carrier on a world plan, the speeds can’t compete.

The service was easy to use, collection set up and return all went without any concerns. It was small enough to put in myski jacket to remind in touch on the slops. Cheaper than global roaming. Will use again

Excellent. Never had any issues

Ordered it 2 days before and got it immediately by delivery to Hilton Tokyo Bay Hotel. Came with a carrying case, powerbank, and return envelope for mailing it back. Worked flawlessly all through out 3 days. Rental price is just right and fair I guess. Will definitely rent this again for next time.

As always, the service of Japan Wireless is reliable and convenient. I was easily able to reserve the service before arriving Japan. Internet service provided was fast.

I just noticed that during a concert I attended at Tokyo Dome, there was no signal, but I could see other people having signal (not sure of the providers). But after the concert, and getting out of Tokyo Dome, signal came back after a restart of the device.
