It was a very efficient tool for a traveler

Very reliable all over Japan. Worth every cent.

Yes its is good. It functioned well and as intended. And wifi was good.

The Hotspot device was very solid and network service and Wifi connection were very good, no any interruptions were experienced.

Battery consumption was a little more, however, a portable power bank, free of charge, was included and made us worry free on the road.

The whole process, from ordering till returning, was very clear, easy and smooth. The only one thing to pay attention is when select delivery method and location. We chose to pickup our order at our hotel when check-in. The first time when I typed in hotel address, the order page told me they don't delivery to an Air B&B location. I was surprised and almost gave up the order. I came out an idea of copy&paste the hotel's address from webpage in Japanese and everything was good as I expected.

Highly recommend Japan Wireless! Delivered and waiting for us when we arrived at our Hotel. Easy instructions. Great service / range etc. Everything supplied to simply return to a post box at the airport when we departed.

The Japan wireless was great. Provided us with connectivity all through our journey. The power bank was also a great addition.

We loved that our order was waiting for us at the first hotel and it was so easy to find a post box at the airport to return it on our departure. Perfect wifi for navigating around Japan, both in Tokyo and for keeping in touch on the slopes! Great battery life, only had to recharge at night but used the spare battery during the day for our phones. Recommend
