The whole experience was just as easy as instructed. Will refer to others & be a return customer.

I recently used Japan Wireless for a month while travelling around Japan and would definitely recommend their services. I always had fast internet access, never once had to use the back-up battery and pickup/return of the product was quick and easy.

I commend the fast and seamless internet connectivity of Japan Wireless and the kind and efficient service of their staff. This product and service is highly recommended on your travel to Japan whether ypu are a solor traveler or a group. It is very practical and economical. The comoany offers a great deal fod the pocket wifi rental. I give it a 5 star rating!

This mobile wifi device was delived as requested to the hotel and worked very well for our trip.

Great thing to face it when you are in Japan!

The wifi product we rented worked really well, but also the pick-up and drop off procedure was quick and easy.

Wifi was very good and there was very few times when the connection wasn't great. Overall super reliable and I would definitely rent a pocket wifi with them again!!

i was able to use the pocket wifi even out in rural kyoto. it worked great for everyday browsing on two devices (my laptop, his phone). it didn't always work for online play on our nintendo switches. still, great value and great service

Repeat customer and we will be back to use this product. Pick up was easy and convenient; no issues during our entire stay in Japan and return was equally simple as pick up. It is very affordable as compared to US phone plan international rate$

It was very simple to receive the wifi service, and I immediately received excellent coverage throughout my travels in Japan. Dropoff was also very easy, with clear instructions provided by the company. I would use this service again.
