Between my husband’s phone, mine and both our computers, this was the perfect solution for us while we were in Japan.

excellent quick service with box delivered to hotel and reliable connectivity

This was my 4th time using Japan Wireless and it was easy, effective, and inexpensive as always. I traveled alone this time, but usually my husband and I travel together and we both use the pocket wifi with no issues. As long as you charge it overnight you are good to go all day long. Pick up and drop off were easy at Narita. Will use this service again next time I'm in Japan.

The option is good, but it would be nice to have options for shorter stays. For example 1 or 2 weeks. I have taken the high speed option and I did not have any problems.

Overall great experience. Easy to reserve, pick up at the airport and to set up. Instructions are clear and specific. No problems while using it.

The wifi was great. Even when connevted to multiple devices. Easy to use and also easy to sent back.
