The pocket wifi worked great and everything was easy to do!

I am really enjoy the internet while I am visiting Japan. It is really useful and easy to use.

It was really easy to set up delivery to my hotel. Very convenient to have my wifi device waiting for me to pickup when I arrived to my hotel. Device worked perfectly for 4 phones. Battery lasted a long time and of needed they powerbank came in handy. Will definitely be using this company again for my next trip to Japan. Return was easy as well, just place in the included envelope and place into a Japan Post box.

Must to have in Japan and best deal available. If you are a group and move around together WiFi is the most cost effective, but eSIM is better if you split and meet often. I wish I knew I could not do hot spot from eSIM than I would have purchased several eSIM from the get go.

This pocket wifi worked amazing. Never had an issue and brought it with us every where.

Simple to set up and easy to use. From hokkaido to Tokyo, we had no problems.

This is a MUST HAVE if you do not want to pay extra for your own phone carrier. We spent 3 days in Tokyo before catching our cruise. I only wish that I had extended my subscription until our return flight back at Haneda airport. It's much cheaper than the internet package on the cruise AND we could have had internet access while in the destination ports. Instead, I was logging into free sites which we all know is unsecure and not recommended.

Although we did not keep the device to the end of our vacation; I found the option to mail back the WiFi Rental device very simple since there was a red mailbox unit down the street from our hotel to return it. SUPER EASY!!! Not to mention, Japan has the red mailbox units everywhere - so chances are, their will be one near where you are staying. :)

Perfect service. Easy to find at the airport and easy to deliver. Worked perfectly during the whole holiday.
