We got this as there were 3 of us, it worked great, never ran out of battery despite constant use all day with 3 people using it. Easy to use, had reception the entire time. Would highly recommend

Since my phone was locked, I needed a Pocket Wifi for my 16 day trip to Japan. I had an amazing experience with Japan Wireless! The pocket wifi lasted me from 6am to midnight each day and had such a great battery life. Pick-Up at Haneda Airport was so easy and drop-off was also simple. They provide a return envelope with your pick-up kit so you can drop it off at any postal box when you're ready to return it. There is a postal box in Haneda Airport so I was able to drop it off before we went through security. The wifi was also speedy for our trip to the country-side in Nagano. If you're looking for a long-lasting portable wifi for your trip to Japan, Japan Wireless is easy to use and so convenient!

Exactly what you need to travel. Makes everything go so much smoother with unlimited WiFi access, anywhere, anytime. I’ll definitely do this again.

Good equipment. Fair price. Only one thing I feel inconvenient is I spent more than 15 minutes to find out the pick up location.
