I found this gizmo very useful. My wife and I were able to travel independently all through Japan with its help . Also it was very convenient to receive it in our hotel and return it at the airport before our departure

Getting multiples of these units are perfect for traveling in groups of 3 or more it provides excellent secure coverage across the whole country and they give you everything you need to keep it charged! Definitely getting this every time we visit!

We used this on our two person holiday and it was a cost effective way of staying on line for a couple of weeks. Reception and speed was good and its small unit that fitted in a bag, or pocket. It easily lasted all day, but you get a battery to back you up.

It was delivered to our hotel, and we popped it in the post at the airport when we left.

The internet speed is reliable, Instructions are clear and easy to return. However charging wire and powerbank doesn't seem to work, but will definitely order again.

My father in law, my son and I hired these devices for our 2.5 week trip to Japan for a party of 10. They never dropped out, maintained charge, and were very easy to pick up from the airport. Return postage at the airport was also very convenient, allowing us to use them up to the last night to navigate our way back to the airport.

Pick up and drop off instructions were very clear. During my three weeks in Japan, I had no issues. Data is fast and the battery got me through the whole day

I would’ve given this five stars except for the confusing pick up from Haneda.

The WiFi was very good most of the time. There were some issues with it at the theme parks like USJ and Disney but for the rest of the trip is was very good.
