It works properly and the battery life works fine for the hole day.

Very good experience.

I used this service in many areas of Japan for about a week. I would say the service was excellent. The only thing to consider is that the battery does not last all day. Make sure to take the extra battery and charging cables with you if you plan to be using GPS.

It was great to have wifi available at all times , even in the subway. Pick up and drop off very convenient. Highly recommend!

It is the third time a use the service. I love to have wifi just arriving and have it for my whole trip. The signal was weak in some places but overal it was good

I was very pleased with both the product and the service provided by Japan Wireless during our recent visit to Japan. Portable WiFi units are a game-changer, even at hotels that provide WiFi service, because the download info speed will be must faster. My phone service and plan is with a U.S. service provider that gives us access to some international destinations (Japan is one of them), and while this works, because of the age of my phone (it's now a 5-year-old iPhone), the network speed I had access to was slower. The portable WiFi unit meant I didn’t have to worry about that. Highly recommend!

Picking up the wifi at Narita was very simple. The instructions were very clear. I have used this service multiple times and it has been great every time. I would highly recommend it and will continue to use it on my trips.
