Excellent customer service! Flight was delayed and I couldn’t get to the service desk at Narita to pick up the pocket wifi. No worries as they quickly organised delivery of the pocket wifi to my hotel and it was waiting for me on arrival! No issues with connection and strong signal throughout my stay in Japan. Highly recommend!

Wifi was very useful and reliable. Although the charger socket was loose and we had to use a different wire.

Wifi always worked. Fast connection. Great customer service (unit dropped off at hotel and postage paid return envelope provided).

We used this pocket WiFi for our three week trip in Japan. It worked really well, was easy to set up and lasted all day with two people using it. We noticed if we were browsing the web (such as on the Shinkansen) the battery ran low but the backup battery was enough to get us through the day. We highly recommend this and will use it again on our next trip to Japan!

Es perfecto tanto para turismo como para trabajar. Funciona en cualquier zona. A veces pierde la conexión, pero es algo normal, lo apagas y enciendes y vuelve a funcionar. La batería del dispositivo dura bastante y es cómodo cargarlo con una batería externa. Siempre repito cuando voy a Japón! Muchas gracias.

Reliable equipment and service.

Awesome experience with Japan Wireless…ordered on-line, delivered to hotel, pocket wi-fi worked flawlessly and dropped it off at Haneda. Highly recommend and will recommend to anyone going to Japan. Completely happy!

I recommend Japan Wireless. Their pocket WiFi works very well. I have rented twice and most likely do another time.
Though I would suggest a more lasting battery. It would be wonderful if the rental fee could be a little cheaper…
