Flawless pickup, activation.. a couple signal drop outs to be expected around high buildings but consistent wifi over 3 weeks. Drop off was effortless, post box at airport. I'll use again.

Easy to order from Japan Wireless, my package is always waiting for me when I arrive at the hotel.

Excellent connection everywhere, also with 3 devices connected.
The full charge lasted everyday for more than 12 Hours without needing of recharging.

Very easy to use, without limits and throughout the country.

I was very pleased with the service! The signal was always strong, and the possibility to leave the router in a mailbox is extremely useful (there is also one at the Terminal of the airport, so it is not a burden to find where to drop it).
I'll for sure consider this again, it is recommended for large groups!

Everything was perfect

Seamless and easy way to ensure you’re connected during your stay. You’re going to need Google maps that’s for sure!

The use of the device was very simple and explained by the person who handed it to me. Sending it back is most easy with the envelop to just put in any public mail box. It made my life easier in the open when no wifi was available otherwise. Thank you
