easy to reach at the airport and easy to connect and to use during my stay in Japan

Never having used an eSIM before I was apprehensive about doing so. But Japan Wireless provided clear instructions which were easy to follow. For about £13 I got 10 Gb of data a day for 30 days and avoided extortionate roaming charges. One tip: before you arrive in Japan print off the QR code they provide so you can scan it on landing.

Perfect service! Fast connection all the time

His devices are must have traveling through the interiors of Japan for us foreigners.

The pocket wifi was indispensable for our Japan trip. Used it to navigate and translate. Very reliable.

We were a group of 4 using the wifi during our 4 day trip. Thankfully, we used this service because the wifi in our hotel was not working. There were places where the wifi wasn't as strong but connectivity was present for the most part. The power bank that came with it unusually drained without being used when we were at Mt Fuji. It is a good thing that I brought a spare one. This service is definitely very useful when you are traveling as a group and only need internet data to go around.

Very easy to reserve online. Picked up in the airport when I arrived. Prepackaged with all the essentials (charger, cable, power bank, pouch bag, instructions, return envelop). Easy and convenient drop off to a mail box to return when you leave. Reasonable price for the amount of data and speed offered.

It was a great experience, the modem works very well, no problems of signal and battery. I would hire the service again.

I don't have any issue when rental this for 5 days trip in Tokyo...Very recommended internet service.

Excellent! Good signal. Convenient .Affordable.. this is the second time we used in Japan !!!

They give you a detailed map on where to pickup. The instructions inside are so easy to follow, and the device is small enough to put in your day bag as your explore Japan. You can link up multiple devices and people! Then drop off is super easy, as there is a glaring red mail drop off thing right before you check into your flight at the airport. So easy!
