The premium WiFi served us very well on our 12 day trip, keeping all three of us connected. We often had to charge it by late afternoon but the battery pack always carried us though. Perfect for all our navigating, translation, and adventure sharing needs. Pick up was quick and easy and drop off even more so.

Highly recommend Japan Wireless for pocket wifi whilst travelling in Japan. We used the premium product to get high speed, reliable wifi for our family of 5 throughout a 3 week holiday in Japan (supports up to 10 simultaneous device connections). The pocket device is nice and small, easy to use, charges quickly, and also comes with it's own portable powerbank. Instructions are easy to follow and pre-ordering to have the device delivered to our hotel for our arrival was simple and seamless. Dropping the device off before leaving Japan in a post box was also super simple with the pre-paid and pre-addressed envelope that was provided. Would use again without hesitation.
