Very convenient delivery of product to my hotel Product came with accessories (carrying case, charging cable, and charging block. Compact and WiFi coverage with NO fail. Different WiFi plans. Will rent again.

Fast connection, easy-to-use device & reliable. The process of booking to receiving (I chose to collect at the nearest post office) and to returning the pocket WiFi was really smooth. I will choose this again when I visit Japan the next time.

Overall very fast and was super easy to setup, within a few mins with my unlocked iPhone 15pro. There was one day where it was for some reason being very slow and I was receiving texts late, this was fixed after I turned my phone off and back on again.

Really reliable with a long range of connectivity. Really good service from Japan Wireless too.
